The renovation of this office building aims to profoundly transform the quality of the workspaces and their relationship to the city. The redesign of the street-facing facades—which are now more open and feature large windows—allows for the removal of interior partitions, maximizes natural light, and extends the office spaces with landscaped balconies and terraces. This revitalizes the building’s image while providing bright workspaces that open onto the outdoors and the urban landscape.
In a rapidly changing neighborhood stretching from Porte Maillot to La Défense, the project transforms a set-back site nestled between two gables into a truly distinctive location. A forecourt, small groves, a hanging garden, and trellises create a generous green space that contrasts with the surrounding urban landscape. Greenery thus accompanies the project from the street all the way to the workspaces and plays a key role in enhancing their usability.
